I'm just your average nerdy girl who loves dragons, fluffy animals, outdoors, fantasy stories, magic the gathering,
numerical methods, computational fluid dynamics, controls and optimization theory, and baseball. I have a weird collection of tastes and interests :P
Met the love of my life in college and have been together for 13+ years now.
I can't even imagine where I would be right now without him. <3 He is my north star that always keeps me on track when lost.

Lyra
Lyra is basically just me (at least the ideal version of myself I want to be). She was born in
a small, rural town in the South, but ended up going to college in the big city. That is where
she met her future husband, Kert. Her parents were not supportive of her relationship with
Kert, and even less supportive of her decision to transition after college. Once she finished
her graduate degree, she got a job out West and moved their with Kert. <3
Rhyex
Rhyex is a necromancer dragon. They are typically seen as very intimidating, but are an
absolute sweet heart and often just wants to find ways to help others in need. They are
fairly solitary and will not tend to venture far from their den. They love to collect flowers
and other flora in the forest close to their den to use as alchemy ingredients.
Urchin
Urchin is a sea/sand dragon. He is very territorial, and also very protective of other, smaller
sea creatures that roam his domain. His spines are weakly venomous and he will use these
to protect himself against other larger dragons. He has a nasty old scar on his neck from a
territorial dispute he lost with a larger dragon.
Azora
Azora is a dragon, griffin hybrid. She is a upstart mage who specializes in counter-magic
and protection spells. Her design was semi-inspired by the Magic the Gather character,
Dragon Lord Ojutai.

Officially Married!

My boyfriend and I have been together for over 13 years now. Much of that time was spent across the country from each other, but we were finally able to settle down in the same city and make our relationship official. We got officially married this past weekend during Pride! <3 It was such a beautiful event. We had a few friends and family in attendance, a wonderful time at the pride parade, and got to dance together under rainbow lights for our first dance! ^=^
