3. If you wish to cancel your commission past the sketching stage i will refund you 50% the price you paid.

4. You are entitled to 5 free revisions for you commissions. anything past that will be an extra $5-$10USD. i prefer these to be done during the sketch stage though!

CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS

1. Clients are highly encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance or reminders regarding the status of the commission. The artist will be posting information regarding the status of commissions in her twitter account

2. The Client retains all rights to their respective characters only.

3. The Client cannot reproduce the artwork for sale or for commercial purposes.

4. If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of what they paid.

5. If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund.

6. Critique and redline corrections for commissions above $80 are welcome to ensure the best result. This service is not available for commissions under $80.

7. During the rough sketch stage - the client is allowed 5 free revisions. After that, each revision costs $5 extra.

8. The Client may reproduce the image for personal use. Client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.

ARTIST'S RIGHTS

1. The Artist will not discuss a commission with a client via public forum, instant messenger, or private note. Communications about commissions between Client and Artist will be made only through (feliceymissions@gmail.com) to ensure all information and communications are consolidated in one location.

2. The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication or rude/inappropriate behavior.

3. The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including commercial reproduction. Image rights can be negotiated for an additional fee.

4. The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

5. The Artist reserves the right to charge more if your character has a complicated design or has additional appendages (wings, additional limbs, etc).

6. The Artist reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference.
