HEy! So...I was gonna call this an emergency commission thing because money is running right, but I am not in a position where having 0 dollars would mean I'm screwed. Other than maybe not being able to take the bus. But either way, I need some cash really badly - it's been shockingly rough trying to find a part time job that is reasonable to work with me with my eyesight being as atrocious as it is, and thus I am down to around 010 bucks.

Yeah, god I'm happy this year is over. Sorry uploads became so non-existent at the end, a bunch of people quit at work and I've lost a lot of free time because of it. It should clear up soon though and I can hopefully work through my depression and get content going again.

I will draft the story beforehand with you and get your approval, before creating a Google Doc and giving you access to it while writing the story in chunks and getting your approval before proceeding. Alternatively you can leave me to it, though I prefer the former due to avoiding massive rewrites (which will be penalized on your end if it's more than 500 words) but whatever you prefer I will do.

4. What if you can't meet a set word count?

If I go under, you will be refunded the difference. If I go over, it's free of charge (though tipping the difference will always be appreciated, there is absolutely 0 pressure to )

Hey! Figured I should let you all know where I am right now since I'm about to undergo a major schedule change, so here we are:

So I will be transitioning from a part time position at work to a full time one. I do not know how long I will be working at this place as it doesn't seem like a place for long term career growth, but at the very least I can save a majority of my paychecks and build a panic fund if something bad happens.

How will this affect uploads? Honestly, probably not much, if anything it may increase them due to the probability of me getting a proper computer soon. You may also see more art of Liz too!

As for projects in the pipeline...I'm doing a gift for a friend, I'm taking a rather beefy comm from someone, and I have an even beefier novella planned for later down the road. I don't know how long all will take but we shall see.

Yeah just letting y'all know that I currently still exist, I'm doing well. Had my wisdom teeth pulled a few days ago but that's going well.

Uh...I just haven't really had any ideas on what to write, mainly because:

A. I hate writing on a phone screen and I don't have a lot of privacy if I project it onto my TV
B. I'm waiting for a new co.putwr to solve that problem but the market for parts is really screwed
C. Been RPing a lot so that kiiiiinda eats my desire up for writing admittedly <<

Oh gosh I never expected to hit 100 watchers, I don't know what to do for it! All I can offer right now is a massive thank you to you all, but I will most certainly try to think of something.

Am on vacation as well so will not be able to do anything concrete until tomorrow since...well, no keyboard access.

Well, this is going to be a weird post: I'm not going to go *super* into detail about the awful, terrible, no good, very bad things that happened to everyone this year, but I did want to take a second and acknowledge some milestones and setbacks from this year and try to preview what my plans for next year are both personally and in terms of writing on here.

Well, let's start with 2020 and...while some great things happened to me, it feels like it's still overall a regressive and wasteful year, but I managed to accomplish

>getting a part-time job to start building some income
>getting an electric bike to get me around easier
>started posting stories here
>got my first ever commission (!!!)
>recieved a new character that I could call my "fursona" (don't see her like that but it's the best term) in the form of Elizabeth

And...yeah, that sums it up for me. But alongside those positives, I was also

>pretty depressed and nihilistic this year, probably overly so despite how grim things were
>had to cancel a second commission due to it involving an underage character that I was not aware of before I took it
>completely stopped uploading around...September (though this was due to a coworker leaving and me having to temporarily fill in for them while we waited 2 MONTHS for a new hire)
>got into a kind of close call bike accident that in retrospect was 100 percent preventable, but at least I'm not too hurt from it

And what am I planning for 2021? Well...

>ACTUALLY UPLOAD. My schedule is still chaotic due to current pandemic issues but once I get that settled, I have plenty of story ideas to go through, even if some of them are a bit...' just for me', I guess.
>possibly take up a second job like food delivery in between my part-time job to further boost my income

Heeeeey, so remember that whole "end of October" thing? Yeah, that didn't work out, haha.

The background check wound up taking 30 days for the new hire on top of pandemic related issues. So rather than finishing up at the end of October, it was now the start of December.

And admittedly my mental state hasn't been...great, so that doesn't help with wanting to write either.

So basically, by the second week of December (assuming absolutely nothing goes wrong) I should be free to write something instead of being completely spent every day. Hopefully, it all works out.

I know things have been pretty silent on my end, but I figured I'd give you guys a heads up on when writing should return.

Currently I am working a full time schedule at work dur to someone else just bailing with no warning and me having to cover for them. This *should* be over either next week or within the next 3 weeks, I'm not entirely sure yet.

Eirher way, by the end of October I will be back down to a part time schedule, and that should allow me to do some consistent writing again! Commissions are always open ATM, so feel free to shoot me a note if theee is an idea you,'re itchin to see.

Woo, that was fast. Don't have much to add aside from thank you all once again. Now I sleep as I stayed up way too late writing my latest story.
