Posted 13 years ago - well, obviously I'm still doing a bad job of being around here very much, apologies to all who've visited and made the various efforts of commenting, faving, and so on, and likewise many thanks for the same - just too much going on in the world of work to get any online-ing done very often, and precious little spare time at home either, only real spareness is the lunch-hour, where I don't get at a computer - so I otherwise write, sculpt, or whatever where time presents itself there...
- to which end, the first book of Wyrdworld is written, but not yet typed up, though that is happening very gradually: haven't had time to figure out what format it needs to be to upload here so I've been linking to blogger from various places for them that's got the botherage to have a flick through it:

Posted 13 years ago- just a dash in and out - as you've no doubt noticed I don't do a very good job of getting in/on here very often, sorry to all for not getting back to you in thanks for the various faves/watches and such, all of them very much appreciated. Been mucking about with too many things for my own good at the minute, which is why I am so bad at re-visiting the site :/ anyway, been doing:
several miniature commissions on the go for a coupla different companies;
making something big and mad for my mid-life crisis, marginally cheaper than going down the usual route of loose cars and fast women - or possibly the opposite of that;
getting 'into' twitter - not that there's anything much going on there, but heyho - pretty much just this stuff repeated, although I do - more or less - update it a bit more often, simply 'cause it's quick - I'm snuurg as far as that goes;
trying to have a go at learning the rudiments of z-brush and/or one or two similar sorta things, chiefly 'cause 3D printing/rapid prototyping is getting so good - could potentially allow me to sculpt the larger commissioned figures much more affordably, dunno yet though;
very gradually writing the first of what will probably be several books based around the character-figures I sculpt, thinking of doing a series of fairly short stories (100-pagers or so) rather than try to hack it all out in one biggun.
