So then…

I turned 35 today, :3 I am happy that i finally lived and reached where I am now.

I am happy i joined and met so many people here.

I am happy to be that squirrel that does his best to be a friendly one. i have my flaws and i know i am usually hard to bear with, so I am grateful for your patience.

This year however, is kind of bittersweet… or that is what I would say if I could get any sweets now.

Thing is… I was diagnosed with a pre-sugar disease…. Aka… pre diabetes. So that means my life must change for now. Still, i cannot let that get the best of me as I must fight it and do my best. Besides, a world of greens for diet is not as lackluster as many think it is.

I am used to it now, after all almond milk is tasty, despite common belief. :3

So yeah, no cake but just some words of wisdom for you.

Always check on yourself, especially after some diseases, like Covid. It seems it does takes part on organ damage, that can lead to that. Also being son of a father with diabetes does not help… my case could be a likely case of inheritance.

Still, i never lied to you, I am fine. :3 Treatment is working on me and so far life has not changed that much for me :3 also is the reason i am a bit more silent now, those exercises hours each day are now a must :3
