Cutting + other self harm

So, ive been going through alot of shit lately, no need for details, basically ive suffered alot of abuse sexually , mentally and phsycially in my life and that leaves little to NO room whatsoever to trust people. Recently the person i trust most hurt me deeply to the point of self harm.Ive never thought i was pretty or attractive until i met my current boyfriend who made me feel so special, now its gone and i hate myself so bad right now ive begun cutting, scratching, biting , burning myself with candles and i cant stop, please help
