Ya-haha, you found me!
Ok, no, uh... can I offer you some horderves? I don't really have any thing of good content, but the fact you're at least here is good enough!
Oh, you're still here... uh... I didn't plan for this. Well, enjoy your stay?

What a year (G)
It's been a wild one for sure... Ups and downs a plenty. But I've made it this far, so let's keep holding out
This year, I've gone through 3 jobs. 1 let me go after 7 years due to "poor customer service" (the final nail in the coffin was a guy who got pissy because I went back to helping my line of customers when I couldn't give him an answer he wanted, plus that ASM was really write up happy), 2nd was at the same place as my parents (and that place let me go after 2 months under the pretense of "you're just not a good fit for the company, plus you always look SO unhappy"), and after 3 months of waiting, I finally started my new job... And I like it. Sure, it's office work, but my specific department is honestly easy despite the unseen quota numbers. (I legally can't say more about what I do due to NDA, but just know I enjoy it)
After a year and a half, my first boyfriend and I split. Granted, it was amicably, so that's good. Tbf, I personally felt like he deserved more and I was really bad about trying to keep the relationship going on my end. But that's besides the point.
As for some good, maybe neutral, we acquired a new dog during all this. A little chihuahua puppy who's original owner bought him for 2000 from a pet store and started developing dementia. She lived in a tiny apartment, so this little man didn't know how to be a proper dog for his first 10 months. We took him in from some family friends that were helping the old lady's daughter re-home him. Now he's a shit head... 10 lbs and pushes me off a queen size bed. Will destroy anything soft if it fits in his mouth or he's bored enough: dog toys, blankets, my plushies, part of a recliner, loose Legos. He's a handful, but, I don't think we'd ever get rid of him. He's too funny. You let him outside and he runs lap around our backyard. He loves the Nerf dog toy line's fetch balls (the only thing he can't destroy, he's tried) and his geometric pear you can fill with treats.
All in all though, this year's had its ups and downs, but that's the spice of life, I guess. So here's to 2026 and all the good things I personally already know is coming!
