Feeling better about myself

Howdy! I’m finaly starting to feel more at peace with myself, and I am writing to test the waters with myself and see if I can spark the feelings of writing again. I had been struggling with a lot of a personal junk and other silly stuff like adjusting to a new life and change in norms.
I have however found more peace staying off junk and focusing on myself.
Maybe just maybe the problem was that I worried to much how others perceived me. And on top of that the sudden change in my life could just be small beans? Either way what was the past is the past
And I’m here now improving steadily.
In short have been feeling more confident in myself and have smiled more hopefully it will last.
I’ll try to write to you again soon journal with lotsa cool stuff to talk about!
