That is too adorable. My nearly twenty year old indoor-outdoor tom ended up fostering a poor little black kitten runt that we figured out later had been subsisting on crickets and cockroaches. It was scared of all people, but he let it rest in his bed, let it eat his food, and slept with it at times until we could get it indoors and on the mend. It trusted us once Beaker (my orange tom) had introduced us.
