So this is possibly what happens when I stumble upon a character whose design I like, yet I know nothing of where he or she is from.
Upon research, this is Batty Koda from the movie Ferngully: The Last Rainforest. He's apparently a fruit bat who was so messed up in the head from being tested all the time. So since he's figuratively lost his head, why not literally do it? Oh, don't worry, we can fix him. We just need tape.
