If you played Fallout: New Vegas, then you'll know who the NCR is (New California Republic).
I wanted to do something different. Like, what if furrys took over the NCR and claimed it as FCR? (Furry California Republic)
So here we have the leader Zac, my wolf fursona, dressed up in the Elite Riot Gear with ears added to the helmet. The helmet itself can prevent hypnosis and musk, plus sneak vision during the night.
On the right paw, he is holding the unique 12.7mm pistol Li'l Devil and on the right, is the unique Power Fist called Greased Lightning. Originally its supposed to be black but, had it changed to red.
I must say, this turned out so fucking good! <3 I'll put up the no helmet version later :3
