Terms of Service
1. Services
I offer custom digital art commissions, including portraits, illustrations, and character designs. Each commission is unique and tailored to the client’s specifications.
2. Payment
Payment is required as either full upfront payment or a deposit of $20–$30. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, or Invoice. Full payment must be completed before the final delivery of artwork.
3. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included in the commission price. Additional revisions beyond this may incur an extra fee. Please be clear and specific when requesting changes.
4. Copyright
I retain full copyright to all artwork created. I may use the artwork for portfolios, social media, and promotional purposes. Clients are granted permission to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial use only. Please credit me as the artist when sharing or displaying the artwork publicly.
5. Conduct
Respectful and clear communication is required throughout the commission process. Disrespectful behavior or harassment may result in commission cancellation without refund.
6. Privacy
All personal information shared during the commission process will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
7. Pricing
Commission prices are subject to change. However, once a commission agreement and payment are made, the price for that specific commission is locked in.
8. Delivery
Typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks depending on complexity and schedule. Please allow for potential delays and maintain open communication.
