Commission Information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

I do not offer refunds unless the reason is valid, even then you will be refunded 50% of the full price if I have already started the commission (this includes the sketch phase).

I generally have a 2-8 week turnaround time, please keep this in mind when commissioning me!

I retain all copyrights to the stages of my artwork (including the finished piece). I may edit, remake and reuse the stages of a piece for personal promotion. By commissioning me you are paying for the time spent working on your piece and the final product, not the copyright to the image.

You may not edit my artwork unless I have provided written permission to do so. If you want to use my work for monetary gain then an additional fee will be charged.

Posting the full-resolution image of commissioned work online is a violation of my TOS. Full-res images are for personal viewing only!

If you require a piece to be fully completed within a short period of time (anything sooner than two weeks completion time) then an additional fee will be charged. I will not rush my artwork.

I only accept payment via Paypal.
Full payment must be made upfront for commissions below $160. I will begin working on your commission only after you've paid.

Payment plans are available for projects over a certain price point.
