	Terms of Service Terms of Service 2024 You must be 18 years or older to commission me! 1. Payments will be through PayPal only in USD. 2. I may use your art as a promotional piece, such as on a commission sheet to show the quality of work people can expect. 3. Invoices must be paid in full before work will start. 4. I reserve the right to use rejected sketches in other commissions, ych’s, or personal work. 5. None of my work, commissioned or otherwise is permitted to be used, or ran through AI models. 6. You are free to post the art where you see fit and use the art for personal use. But please credit me ^^ 7. Refunds will be determined based on how much work has already been completed, and what stage the drawing is in. No refunds will be given after the completion of a piece. 8. Only minor alterations/additions after the Line art phase is complete. And small changes such as small details and missing colors are free. 9. Turnaround time for me is usually between 1 to 2 weeks, but will keep in touch via Telegram, discord, or X (Twitter) messaging to update you about the process. 10. You are not allowed to: `1. Use the art as an NFT. 2. Use the art for monetary gain. 3. Remove my signature from the completed work. 4. Run any of my work through an AI model.` 11. There will be two main revisionary periods. `1. One after the sketch for major changes. (ex. Pose changes.) 2. And one after completion for minor changes. (ex.
