Estimated price: Character $120/180 USD / 1 Character
Extra Character: +$40 - +$120 depennding on the comlex.
Extra versions: Depending on the number & complex
BG: Depending on the complex.
Delivery format: PSD & PNG
Characters with too much Clothes will not be accepted.
Feel free to ask if you are not sure about it.
What I wont draw is extreme obesity, vore, difamatory or illegal art.
All commissions are treated as private unless the client let me upload (Is rare for me to upload even if they are public)
And even if they are private or not, the commission is sent to the client with HQ versions, resized versions and PSD project files, compressed in rar files, and uploaded to Mediafire/Dropbox
At the moment, no art trades, or requests are open, only with friends.
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
TOS:
I. GENERAL TERMS.
Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide neat references.
Not a wall of text.
Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
Follow the rules provided here:
What I don't draw:
-Vore, Morbid/Extreme Obesity, Lolicon, Shotacon, inflation, or illegal/diffamatory artworks, deformation of human anatomy/anti-aesthetic body.
-Original Characters from other people without their consent/permission, I strictly do not plan on working without seen a proof that the artist/owner don't mind if people ask other artists for commissions involving their original characters.
My original Characters are strictly Prohibited for any kind of Commission Request, and cannot be drawn without permission.

Everything else as R-18 or R-18G allowed, but please Ask.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
II. PAYMENT
2024 / 2025:
Due people that commission me before and recieved sketches, they not paid it for full completion, so now Commission Requests must be paid first.
Important: All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currency accepted is USD only.
III. PROCESS
Based on the references and the description of what the client wants I work on a sketch, after done a rough sketch if everything is ok, I start working, payment must be first to finish the work, however I send screenshots of the progress to let know to my clients how the work is going, and to be sure, changes can be charged depending on what I need to re-draw.
After done, I send the commission in a zip or rar file with 3 folders contain the main illustration in high resolution, and other with the illustration resized (Because for example Fur Affinity have a limit for the size to upload, and some people don't have or don't know how to use programs like Photoshop) the last folder contains the Project file in PSD format (If the client know how to manipulate PSDs -most of the programs can open Photoshop files, like SAI, Manga Studio or Clip Studio Paint- then the client have freedom to play with colors, add text, etc.)
Estimated time of finish:
1-6 days depending on the complex of the illustration, it can be more days.
Links of screenshots, download links for files, and commissions all are treated as Private.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
When it comes for Artistic Freedom, you are accepting that I will draw something you may not like. This is why first I will ask you what I can, or what I can't draw with your character/characters. If finishing commission you are not sattisfied with the finished work, I can't refound you.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission me, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
