Terms of Service
Just some general rules and info!
Payments:- Payments via Paypal only
- I ask for payment upon the completion of the work
- Payment plans are accepted, but must be told in advance
- Commissioner can use, upload, share the picture freely, provided credit is given.
- May not be used for commercial uses without prior agreement.
- IMPORTANT: I will need a billing address for my local Hungarian digital tax forms.
Things I draw:- Anthros (furry, scalie, avian, aquatic, any), Syths, Fantasy creatures
- Complicated backgrounds
- Scuba diving themes
- Space/ Sci-fi themes
- Fantasy themes
- Military themes
Things I don't draw:- Underage; Neither Characters or clients
- Hardcore fetishes (Rape, Vore, Drowning/Suffocation/Peril (Consensual breathplay is fine), Necrophilia, Torture, Amputee, Hyper, Diaper )
- Characters with unconventional anatomies
- Porn (Tasteful nudity, bulges are fine)
- Mimic other artists' styles
- Copyrighted characters
- Ask If unsure!
Private commissions:- I do accept private commissions. (Ones that are not published upon request)
- The fee for these is +50% of the full commission price, to compensate for the lost traffic and page views. (Doodleys are up for discussion)
- Asking for anonymity in the published the commission bears no extra charge.
Work process:- Communication is through FA notes, but Discord is possible as well
1. Exchanging notes about the idea, collecting references
2. Sending a roughly coloured sketch, with basic the colours, shading applied (colour mockup) to the customer
3. Sending the inks for approval
4. Sending the flat colours for approval
5. Final artwork
6. Invoicing the artwork
7. Receiving the final artworks
8. Publishing
IMPORTANT: For large commissions I may offer up a second or third sketch even after the first one got approved, as I find a better, more fitting pose or composition idea. Please note these can result in delayed artwork.
Changes:- Once the sketch is approved, small changes can be asked up the flats stage free of charge.
- Mistakes from me missing or getting a detail wrong do not count as changes and can be asked to be fixed free of charge any time, with the exception of errors from insufficient references.
- If a huge change is requested, an extra fee will be charged. The amount of this will depend on the size of the change.
Time to completion:- Depending on how much work I have IRL, commissions may take up to 1-4 months to complete; I'll make sure to update the commissioners via notes and answer their questions about the status of their commissions.
- Feel free to ask for information.
Set deadlines are accepted, but must be established early on.
Finished artwork:- The commissioner will receive the file in PNG format, both in the original size, and a smaller, FA upload size in a Sta.sh folder, that are live for at least 3 months.
- If a link is expired, a reupload can be requested any time.
Under no circumstances any art made by me (Darbaras/Elise Heider) can be used in any blockchain-related technology, including cryptocurrency, NFTs, or any future inventions in the space.
