Terms of Service

1. Copyright: These prices are for pay for service works, you are paying me for the hours of creating custom unique artwork but the copyright of the artwork stays mine. This means that you are only allowed to use the artwork for personal non-commercial use. Options of purchasing the copyright of the artwork created are available for discussion.

2. Deadlines: You may request a deadline, as long as I've agreed to the deadline. Depending on the image and workload present images will be finished within 4 weeks of initial payment being made.

3. Refunds: If you request a refund, you will receive a partial amount relative to how much time I've already spent on the work, no refunds are possible after the image is finished.

4. Payment: Via PayPal or for "Quick Sketches" as the Ko-Fi service, but other methods may be inquired. I will send an invoice to the given e-mail address. No work will be started unless at least half of payment has processed, or finished until paid in full.

5. Edits: Edits can be requested during the production stages of the image, 2 edits can be made at the starting sketch stage, and 1 during colouring and then completion stages. When the drawing is finished I will do only one edit round for things I missed and were clearly included in your original commission request (reference sheet/ text in the commission form). After a week has passed of the final delivery of the commission the drawing will not be touched anymore. Extra edits may be purchased.

6. Content: I may decline any commission if I'm not comfortable or okay with the content. Adult themed art can be requested but I hold the right to decline any subject I am not happy drawing. At this point I will not be taking requests to draw characters of copyrighted material without the owners permission, however I can draw 'similar' or 'inspired' themes of such things.

* As the commissioner you may repost the artwork to your personal account but you MUST provide credits to me as the original artist aka link my art gallery account. You may also tastefully crop the artwork to use as icon/banner/signature/sticker for your personal account.

* You or anyone else may not edit or add any content to my artwork (finished or non-finished), unless I have given you a written permission for it.
