It's okay. I don't use my own facebook account either. Didn't help I was basically pushed into making one by my mother.

Is there anywhere else you'd be able to afford? Were you at least given a reason for the eviction?

Reason is my family never told we had to renew the rental contract, because they don't counted for me for anything. No i'll have to suffer all their mistakes.

Sorry this happened to you, I don't know if you tried this already but you could talk to your local housing authority if you have one, they might help you find the right path or help you get some money back to find new housing.

They can renew the rent contract, it ill get expensier but the problem is that we need a guarantor, and we don't have relatives or friends to help anymore.

Would your landlord take a security deposit instead of getting a guarantor?

I never had a landlord, it was a real state company.

You might have a better chance then. From what I've read its equivalent to the Bond system here in Australia. You pay a deposit of about 4 weeks of rent as a guarantee that you will take care of the place as well as keep up with rent (As they keep the bond if you either damage the place or can't keep up on the rent). Also you can add that you have been at the residence already and so have a history with them. Its not like you are a brand new applicant.

Alternatively I've read that you can approach a company who deal with being a Guarantor for hire. Not sure how reliable companies like that are.

The best thing to do is schedule a meeting with the real estate, state your case and ask what options are available to you. I've only had a couple of instances where real estate companies have been completely unreasonable and they do want money, so a shake and bake tenant would be in their best interest.
