So sorry for your loss I'd give kind words that it will get better but... grief does it's own thing. I've learned the hard way after loosing both my parents before 30. Still not over it. Hoping that with time it is more manageable for you.

O my God hun, I am extremely sorry to hear you lost both your parents, I honestly wouldn't know not to take that myself.
