Cat update we are really struggling but marbles is better

So marbles is doing better he isn’t limping now we’ve still kept him isolated in the bedroom so he doesn’t run around on his leg while it heals. 700.00 later he is the only cat who actually has insurance but he had a 500.00 deductible so IF we get anything back we will only be getting like 200 or so and who knows when that will be.
Desmond has been doing much better he is eating more, and his personality has been pretty much back to normal. My husband has been administering at home iv fluids the vet taught us how to do as needed as he was dehydrated. He is still straining to pee though so in spite of everything we have tried we have to bring him back to do more expensive tests to see why he is straining and why they found blood in his urine. The vet tried to treat his other symptoms first to see if it would clear since he didn’t have a blockage and nothing showed up bad on his x-rays to save us money but now he has to go back. It’s just been never ending. Anyways I am working to catch up on some other work I have (I got a freelance illustration book cover job) but everything has already been spent. I have one last installment of the waffles fundraiser to add and then that’s done. I will still take blind sona/ OC commissions! Meaning you send me a reference and a character description and tell me if you want sketch, flat or color and I’ll make up a pose. Meaning no overly specific concepts etc just your character and I’ll do a full body image.
Or we could really use any support or donations you want to send! Even 5 bucks for a coffee would be awesome and help keep me running to try and catch up on everything and make more art.

I know this sounds insane but it’s just one of those times that rule of threes is true. I can happily share all the vet invoices from three cats now. I even told my husband I was scared the vet would think we were horrible pet parents and my husband assured me no one would spend this much do this much work or take them to vet if they were not good pet parents. Thank you all who have kept a roof over our head so far! I am currently 100 percent broke and overdrawn since I got one of my monthly service fees for one of my programs I wasn’t expecting. So any help would be seriously appreciated! Again thanks so much and I appreciate you all even if you just took the time to read this.
