Summer Time Annoyances!

What's a few things I hate most about summer? Not necessarily the heat, but the amount of bugs that come out -when- it's hot. Seriously. I can't ever do yard work or efficiently tend to my garden without being eaten up by mosquitoes and being buzzed by wasps. I haven't been stung yet by one so far but, well that can always change. I haven't been stung in about a decade but I still remember how much that seriously hurts.
As much as I love my garden, I almost can't wait for winter again when these bugs will be around less. Eh, some crops grow better in the cold, actually. The intense summer heat can scorch and wither plants too. Spring/Fall best time.

One thing I don't get is how all these damn mosquitoes get into my room at night too. All the doors and windows are closed. So like, y'know, what the hell.
Also I didn't know that about centipedes, actually. Granted, I don't exactly study insects lol. I know more about birds and rats/rodents if anything.
And yes god the bugs keep them away. Especially spiders those things are annoying. It makes me want to purchase that Salt Shotgun i saw in a add. Pretty much a bug killer weapon that fires salt at your foes
I have a salt gun, actually! I know what it does and is, but I'm still too 'old school' and forget I have the gun because my instinct still tells me to use my fly swatter, lol.
