Ryzen 5 1500x
GTX 1070 TI Gaming
HyperX 2x8 (16gb) 2666 hhhz
Asus prime Π320Π-Π
This computer was built by my friend, he give it to me to replace my old PC, wich already have worked around 17 years.
I have CPU performance problems a bit, also i have some memory problems.
If i use 2 planks then there is a chance that any game will crash with nvdklmn (nvidia driver) crash.
If i use only 1 plank - everything is fine, but i loose performance.
GPU is fine
Booth planks are fine.
So it only motherboard or CPU....
There are tests for testing memory, the problem is similar to the degradation of the memory module, it is necessary to test whether one bar or directly the socket for it does not work by rearranging it.
I know this happened to me on an old motherboard, when, for unknown reasons, a random socket simply stopped working for me, it sees the bar with all its parameters but does not use it and writes that it contains half of the memory.
Ok when you say plank you mean memory module? Make sure that the specs of the two modules are the same, just make sure even if they are the same model some can change specs unless bought together. Try swapping Ram sticks in the same slots. Also try using the opposite 2 Ram slots in case itβs a bad slot or the wrong ones being used.
Try going into the bios and turning off XMS memory spec. You will hardly know the difference but it might fix it.
