Gym Goals

            Ok, since I started working out again, I’ve decided to set some goals, which I’ll work on after joining a gym. The main goal I have right now is to become strong enough to curl 50 pounds with one arm! I can already kind of curl 33lbs, so I’m off to a great start on that goal. The second one “little” goal I have is to achieve a four-plate deadlift, in total weighing around 405 pounds. Super heavy from where I’m sitting, but I think if I just keep at it, I can do it!
