Cosplay advice!

Hi!
This may be a strange ask, but I'm looking to cosplay Tasque Manager from Deltarune for Halloween, and I need assistance finding the right material to make her mask/chest armor/shoulder pads out of. Originally, I thought something along the lines of a 3D printed thing could work, but I have no experience making a 3D model meant for 3D printing (at least of the size that would work as a costume) and also don't have a 3D printer.
I do have a little experience making a mask out of foam, but I've had difficulty and I'm not sure what the best way to make something that'll be (and stay) the right shape. Bsaically, I'm looking for advice on how even to start, haha ^^;;
Here's a sketch of how I'd imagine the cosplay could work. The chestpiece and mask would likely be the hardest parts, followed by the gloves/boots, but I can get away with strategically cut fabric for the other parts, I think.
