====NOTICE====
The issue below has been resolved to a satisfactory understanding. However, I still wonder if this issue wouldn't have been dealt with in the manner it did if Dragoneer didn't notice me posting this right away.... With that being said, I owe Dragoneer my thanks for working to make things right. Thanks.

First of all, hello everyone, I'm back from DC. This is not a journal about that trip (I may write a journal about that later). It's about something that bothered me.
As you guys may or may not know, Pinkuh stepped down as an admin recently. However, one of the last things she did as an admin before leaving apparently was to completely wipe the entire gallery of a friend of mine, without regards to content, under a dubious interpretation of the new ToS/AUP. This is probably not unusual. However, it is the first time anyone I knew about it was affected by this sort of action, and the response bothered me.
I tried to help my friend by explaining how to file a trouble ticket, fully believing that some other admin would find the removal of the entire gallery to be a mistake (as he never intended any of his art to be considered "cub art", and there was a lot of clean art which was deleted as well). Alas, the response was less than tepid, and actually quite strange with examples given.
The failure of the remaining FA admins to attempt to make things right has led me to believe that there is still a quite shameful policy to treat certain users differently than others under the same rules here. I've tried to stay far away from this drama over the past years, since I figured the admins would solve their own problems, but my hand has been forced, and I had to write this journal to express my utter disappointment.
My friend is unsure whether or not he is even welcome on FA anymore, and seems to be confused and upset by the events which have occurred in his absence (namely, the deletion of his gallery). He doesn't want to leave the community, but it seems like he's being forced out the door. I don't blame him, either. I don't see why his works and "kemono" art style could be interpreted as a violation of the rules. I feel upset, as well, knowing that the treatment he had to go through maybe wouldn't have happened if people thought it wouldn't be a blip on the drama radar.
It's not okay to drown a puppy just because it's asleep and you're sure no one will hear its last breaths. I'm disappointed in you, FA.

FA+

However, if people are posting it in journals and they're, say, not on my watch list, or don't make an attempt to reach out to me directly, do you really think that it's going to notice? Let's be real here.
This isn't quite the truth, and I am not going to let you get away with misrepresenting yourself so easily.
Myself and others have repeatedly brought up a whole host of problems to you and to your alleged technical leads. I'm going to do this in public one more time. The Sun RPC portmapper that I am using as a bellwether for your overall network security stance is still exposed to the world.
The fact that this is the case indicates to me that you have not made an attempt to resolve this issue, despite having it pointed out to you repeatedly.
Last time she "resigned" she was able to use her direct line to ride back in and you rolled over and let her, despite Damaratus, for example, stating that she "runs off her emotions". Hah, and I remember her threatening to sabotage FA united one time, in a tantrum, threatening to quit et al.
This place has really gone down the drain, and it's not because of the people, but because of the very bad administration who doesn't care about their users or their site's reputation, but about themselves and their buddies.
No. You're wrong. We've banned more popular people on this site than I care to list. I've banned roommates of admins, I've banned mates of admins, I've banned some people who've peaked on the top ten list of all FA users. I don't give a damn who it is, I will lay down the rules equally. And I've thrown out admins on staff who have played the favoritism game.
Do we sometimes work with some users over users? Yes, sure. But some people have proven they can be worked with, some others not. There is no perfect system in place, but I'll be damned if I won't take action on anybody on this site regardless of status.
Equality is not something you have over here. You respond to who you want when you want. Nobu´s said friend had noted you, and correct me if i'm mistaken, but you didn't reply to him then, did you? you just did after nobu did this and spoke to you. And the whole issue was "resolved" by nobu stepping in. If the artist didn't have a friend who knows and speaks with mr admin here, then he would've been utterly screwed, because the rules don't apply to everyone the same way.
The user attempted to explain why the pictures weren't supposed to be deleted, clean images, admin response was basically "too bad for you" and *ticket closed* as usual.
