hmmm... Honestly, after being slapped with a quote-unquote "advanced web design" course, all you need is an image-editing program and about 20-hours of tinkering with HTML and CSS. I recommend starting by visiting the free tutorials posted by the people who set the standards for it, the World Wide Web Consortium to get a general feel for what you'll be doing: http://www.w3.org/2002/03/tutorials.....design_htmlcss , and also studying the source codes of sites you enjoy the design of to see how they have their stuff laid out.~

Then, once you have an idea of what you want, to draw/design out what you'll want the final result to look like. It's quite easy to design by working in reverse in such a way ^^

Thanks a lot! =D I'll try to follow your advice, and draw some designs to see what I would like n.n I'm missing an image-editing program though, I use SAI but that doesn't work very well for editing XD I'll look around for other software like GIMP.

All it takes is saving the different layers of page to seperate transparent png files~ You could have your very own hand-drawn pages in minutes at that rate xD

Just worry about knocking out understanding html and css, and you'll be able to do anything <3
