A fag-hag is a girl that hangs out with a gay guy because he's non-threatening. The expectations as far as I understand are that you act really fey. She'll try and confide stuff in you because you have the strength of a man but the understanding and compassion of a woman.

She isn't gross though. D: She wears steampunk, and semi-punk clothes all the time, so I think she has probably just found more acceptance in the gay community than in other places. And yeah, if she expects me to be anything but myself, she can shove it. However, I don't care if people confide in me, it makes me feel useful. >: I'm interested to see how this plays out. At least I like her other friends. XD

Around the weekends we gather and meet up to discuss things like hanging out.

So most of it is great.
Just be careful, gay or not.
We shouldn't use our friends to make others out of place.
If you do, welcome them so they feel like your pal.
