Awesomeness, and a Warning

You guys simply will not believe what happened to me, over Thanksgiving.
Heck, I saw it, with my own eyes, and I still don't believe it. My parents and I went up to see my sister and her husband, over Thanksgiving. We were woken up, early Thursday morning, by what sounded like a minor hailstorm, on the roof. We raced to the windows to discover it wasn't hail, it was literally snowing birds. A flock of starlings, easily several hundred, and possibly closer to a thousand little birds had landed on everything in sight, covering the ground, the trees and the roofs in a constantly moving mass.
They hung around for several minutes, sometimes taking off en mass, before draping themselves on everything in sight, again. When they finally took off for good, my dad said they sky was absolutely black in that direction, from the dense mass of birds in the air. Lemme tell you, it was the most awesome thing, I've seen in a long time, and it's a memory I'm sure to tell my kids.
Now for the warning: Do not commission this artist for anything.
West
A friend of mine bought a very nice looking, Periodic Table style icon, and then had to sit there, and listen to this girl lump him in, and proceed to rip everyone up one wall and down another. Needless to say,
Escafanatic421 is pretty upset about it. He's been nothing but kind to me, even when I had to tell him that one of his stories was making me deeply uncomfortable. Given that, West's treatment of him was completely uncalled for. The details can be found in Escafanatic's journal, here: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2948613/
