And no O.o I'm working on episodes first, then I'll get to whatever else I can find. What is it?

Long and short, Cupcakes is a fanfiction. A very psychologic and gruesome fanfiction that spawned on 4chan. Not going to tell you what it entails, but it's considered a rite of passage for bronies to read it. It actually didn't bother me at first, but the ending really struck me.

Rocket to Insanity is a "sequel/parallel" to it, involving the victim from Cupcakes having nightmares and eventually snapping, murdering the murderer from Cupcakes.

They're not really that bad in retrospect, but I'd watch at least 10 episodes before trying it. Make sure to do it BEFORE episode 25, Party of One. Don't ask why.

I'm only on 8 right now, I'll get to it around the twenties then O.o...

I read it. And read Rocket to Insanity, now finishing up season 1. Ha. The second had a bit of a weak ending.

Yeah, Rocket to Insanity was an unofficial sequel from another author, you can probably tell by the writing.

I did too, but I had my moments. Philomena dying didn't affect me. She was ugly so I didn't care O.o.

Not really, I hate sleep, I try to only do it when completely necessary.

I love sleep. I'm a master of Lucid Dreaming, so it's like just like being awake to me. I can think and plot.

Ah, lucky. I hate sleep. With me, whenever I dream it quickly becomes a nightmare. Sleep isn't pleasant for me.

I actually welcome nightmares. When they seldom occur, they spruce up my night.

What're they about?

Well they're mostly premonitions, about people, just extremely exaggerated to the point of torture, abandonment, etc. Pretty sure some of them involved attempted suicide as well... So yeah, don't want them.

Oy. Mine are somewhat always about me summoning a demon that turns on me, or being crushed by something. Yeah, i'll take yours.

I used to have those, especially the being crushed ones, but they weren't so bad, I could shake those off. These I can't. So yeah, go ahead -.-

First, you need to start getting well-rested.

At least 8 hours of sleep a night to start with. Preferably during the night when you'll be least disturbed. Helps you settle into easier REM sleep.

If it involves changing my sleep schedule almost completely then not really.

It'd be good for you in that regard anyway. I mean, i go to bed around 3. You can go to bed about that early, right?

I used to go to bed that early, now it's like 4:30 or 5. I could try, I guess.

Once you've weaned yourself into a steady sleep schedule, then we'll try the easiest method of inducing LDs, having triggers.
