Ok I bought a ASROCK Z68 Mother Board, I5 CPU, G-skill sniper RAM. I put my PC together to see if everything works, Mother board post error 38 I talked to a friend about that he found nothing online about it, so he got on the phone with asrock for me they told me removew the ram I did then put one in close to the CPU did that same error. I was told to ship both mother board an ram back to Newegg as they might be defective so I file a RMA with newegg for replacements. My sniper ram box got tossed by mistake so I placed in a plastic bag in the mother boards box. I waited after I shipped it out took a day to get to them waited till today to get a message from them saying did not get ram an the mother board is damaged. I called them saying um ok whats up with this. They told my mother board has paste on it from CPU I told them ok I understand that as I put it together to see if the parts work. Then I get an one of the pin close to the CPU are bent I told them um ok when I sent that back to you I was careful an looked to see if anything was messed up it was not so when I sent it UPS it must have got damaged. I told them the so called messing ram is in the mother board box they told my ok it is but it is not in it's package it came with, I'm like ok are you going to restock a item I said is defective an both are under warranty, I was told sorry but we can NOT replace your parts you have to go through the makers of said parts. SO basicly if you buy something from Newegg an put it together an it has paste or got damaged or you lost a package for something your fucked they wont replace it. FUCK YOU NEWEGG.
