Did you try to right click the .exe file and choose "run as admin"?
Or check if any anti-viruses are going "NOPE NOP NOP *conflict*"

I tried run as admin did not work, and I tried disabling norton but it like does actually turn off, it still says to put in a cd. :I

I *THINK* I found a solution, idk. I hope I make sense:

If you're extracting the installation files somewhere, extract it into the root of your drive (Like C:/ drive or something like that.)

So you could probably copy your installing folder (or something) there.

Then try installing again.

I unno if this'll work, but it's somethin'. :o
