Quick update, moved to Ruko's complex and now neighbouring with  ruko and  MarblesBravetail with help from  alsair, Jesse and Shane,  ruko and  scribbledragon (thank you guys!)

And now just got internet back hours ago, have a lot to catch up :)

Other than that.....I guess I will be busy organize my new place and try to catch up a few drawings for friends, if I have some spare time I will try see if I can take commission, or work on my fursuit :P

AC seem getting more clear to me after the move, I'd say at this point it is a GO! Still waiting on management approval though for my vaca days.
