Tiny Chat: Some Concerns and Changes. Farewell to a Friend.

Hello People,
As it turns out there's been some things going on with times of our Smoker's Lounge Tiny Chat and it's why I'm bringing this journal up.
First off, there needs to be some ground rules when it comes to our chats.
One thing that has been excessive has been showing YouTube videos that do not pertain to what the group is about like videos games, movies, and whatnot. Because of this one of my cigar members does not feel comfortable coming back to a tiny chat b/c there's a lack of talk and education on tobacco and other products of the tobacco industry. I will not name names, but if you are reading this, things will be fixed so we can not only keep things at a calm and relaxing level, but educate and let people learn about trying something new to try. I apologize for this.
Second: Some of our members of the Smoker's Elite are not able to make the Tiny Chats b/c of schedules and artwork they have to complete. It's understandable, and we continue to bring more people to them for support in love for tobacco. I will be working on newer promo images to attract more people to come in. If anyone still would looked to contribute any artwork for promos or advertisements for the group, we welcome it with open arms.
We want to try and make things on our Tiny Chats enjoyable and something that people can relax to while escaping the harshness of life. It's okay to have fun, but keep it to a minimum. Besides, word travels fast when good things are said. One thing is for sure, I have had a lot of complaints to bring this matter up. One thing is for sure, our Tiny Chats are not really that big b/c of where we are in the fandom b/c of the "Favoritism" card being played continuesly. Some people come on and stay for about almost a minute and immediately log off b/c either the fact that they find it too boring or the person they look forward to seeing on the chat is not there. *shrugs* Hell, I can't stop that. Still doesn't mean we can't make it better.
Farewell to a Friend:
As it turns out I recieved news from our Smoker Elite People,
vaelynfang, that he no longer be on Tiny Chats with us for maybe not awhile to the point of not again. I've brought this before in one of thus Tiny Chats awhile ago but everybody was able to know. As it turns out there were some incidents involved. Not naming names. The ending results of it all led up to him leaving the culture. He still considers himself an Anthro, but not a Furry. He still has a Passion for suiting for the benefit of the kids, but he has no more faith in the culture itself. I'm very sad that things did not resolve the way in what should be considered respectful, but I respect his decision and give him the best wishes and regards for the future with him. I suggest we all do the same. We still consider him a big part of our group.

I'll miss him too. Hope he will be well. I hope I didn't contribute to any awkwardness or anything to the tinychats. I know I haven't been on in a while. I'm usually with my Dad on Saturdays watching football.
