He is very lovable if annoying at times when he goes on about things that seem like nonsense to other people but seem completely coherent and normal for him. He is easily distracted by different things and will sometimes obsess over it for a while until something else catches his attention.
Sober: Kaito when sober can be a very dangerous thing, He goes through sporadic and sudden mood shifts which usually end with him laughing as he does something cruel. In this state he is more prone to violence and will not stop his attacks until he is either subdued or he becomes exhausted. Kaito tends to laugh more when he is sober finding everything funny no matter what. Its rare that he becomes truly sober most of the time its just partial sobriety.
