I havent downloaded it because I have working CS3, but Some people on the other journal have, and are saying that its legit http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/4212086/

Apparently it wasn't supposed to be for users who didn't already have it, but Posscat was able to download it and install, and said that all the tools work fine and everything. I guess it is at one's own risk?
