he's been saying 'Mama/Mum' since 4 months. Dada since 5. Nana since 8. he also says 'Nana' in place of BAnana.

wow. leaps and bounds ahead of my cousin there. shes just now babbling dada and mama. and also row because they sing row row row your boat a lot

haha awww. My son just recently tried to say, 'Don't touch'.. haha he hears that a lot. I also sing him twinkle twinkle little star before each nap/bed time.

My nephew is 2 years old, walking like a pro, throwing stuff around, getting into drawers, opening refrigerators, stealing remotes, trying to pry off the outlet protectors and a whole lot of other mischief... they call it the "terrible twos" for a reason! XD

and yet the only word he has said legibly is "Bubba," which is basically my nickname around here!

I AM SO PROUD TO BE HIS FIRST WORD! :D

refuse to pick them up if they request. YES they will protest and cry. but they will learn. :3

That's just it, she doesn't. She won't let me hold her EVER. She crawls, stands up on her own, and can crawl on and off the furniture, but won't walk by herself. l:

it will come. every child hits their milestones at different times. :3

Some kids don't walk until they're 18 months! Preemie babies will also hit their milestones later than babies born on time.

sounds like she just wants to be independent. :3
