[Poll] Fursuiters, photographers, and viewers of fursuits

I'm genuinely curious here folks. This question goes out to quite a few different groups of people, and if you fall into multiple, feel free to comment on all that apply!
As I start to go around cons and photograph fursuits, I want to know what you all like.
As a fursuiter: do you like to be pre-posed by the photographer? Do you like an advanced warning and pose yourself(ves), or do you like candid photos being taken where you are just acting natural?
As a photographer: Same set of questions: Do you like to pre-pose suits? Do you like to give them a heads up and let them pose, or do you like to lurk and take candid photos of them in their natural habitat?
As a viewer of fursuit photos: Same. Do you like pre-posed or candid photos of suits more?
I know there are shades of grey in here, and please feel free to elaborate as much as you like! I really want to know. I have my own views and ideas on this, but I want to see the fandoms temperature on this!

Taking a photo if you don't know what to do I'll have my own little session with you (check my Itsukine photos from IFC which were awesome).
However, I do also enjoy getting snapshots of the fursuiter stopping and posing for the camera, as that allows the fursuiter to present themselves in a manner they wish to be seen. This is one reason I always hate seeing fursuiters who are in a hurry, as even if they stop to allow me to get a picture, they usually just stand there and then continue on their way. It doesn't capture the same depth of character and personality, as when they actively pose.
I would love to be able to suggest various poses for the fursuiter, but I'm horrible with that. I don't really know too many fursuiters beyond simply recognizing them, and that makes it difficult for me to make any suggestions, since I really don't know what the fursuiter likes or how they want to be seen. Do they prefer to look cute? Submissive? Terrifying? Goofy? Without knowing the character's personality and likes/dislikes, it makes it difficult to come up with ideas.
But lemme know when you are done taking the photo, so i'm not stuck posing for 5 minutes XD
As a photographer, I like letting them pose themselves! And I always ask for a photo first! <3
My biggest concern with fursuit photographers is how biased they can be. :( I've seen people only take photos of big name suits, or suits made by popular makers. And they nearly never take photos of partials!
Dear Photographers, PLEASE DON'T BE BIASED! <3 We fursuiters LOVE our picture taken, and to see the photos from our weekends! When we go for months almost a year without seeing photos of our suits when we wore them for x hours, we get a bit crestfallen. :(
My only hope is that the people that take photos of fursuiters do not hoard the photos! Please share them! Even if you don't think they are good pictures, we still want to see! :)
