Also not my fault I go to Furnal and Condition and host it personally (from
I know. lol
Thallanor is in charge of Fur-Eh and Furthest North and I hear so much about those ones lol
Second is planning activities. We have a pre-made social bingo game that you can use that worked out well at Furnal Equinox. The rest you sort of make up as you go. We don't really recommend anything super structured. The big thing is you have to get everyone there involved and participating somehow.
You have to get a group photo. XD
And yeah pretty much just show up. Most of the event organizers put calls out for donations for prizes and stuff. They also go hit a dollar store for prizes and stuff.
But yeah... it's really not as complicated as you may think.
Not even part of the st00pids?
I'll bet you have a level of st00pid for the Western Provinces ^_~

As it is, no one has volunteered to host anything in that region for conventions. I do know
We're in the middle of pow-wow-ing about the meet-up now planning activities and putting together the gift badges we hand out to attendees. :D
