Hey Gang!
Drake here with another review for the week.
Our next review is from
blondevelvet on the
Tabak Especial Maduro Rubusto.
When noticing the packaging for the box, I knew what exactly would be
in store with me when it comes to the Drew Estate Cigar Co. Fine quality and taste.
Many people know the Drew Estate for their blends of The Acid, The Egg, The Medusa,
The Undercrown, the Java, and other flavor infused sticks. :3
The Facts on Tabak:
Strength: Mostly Medium to a little full body.
Size: 6x52
Origin on Tobacco: Nicaragua
Wrapper: Nicaraguan Maduro
Binder and Filler: Nicaraguan Sumatra and Criollo
The construction of this robusto was very unique down to the shaggy footing of the
end. The pre-light of it was smooth with the aroma of coffee with a little hint of cedar
and cocoa. I was surely in for a treat.
The smoke from the first few draws was an easy going light taste. As it went down almost to the middle
it started to pick up in coffee and cocoa tones. Near the end it was unchangable till I felt the last tip start to burn
my tongue, meaning she had given me all I could muster. Along while smoking the cigar, I had to do my pallet
justice with a shot of Khalua with cream, for the full sweetness in flavor. :3
Overview:
Drew Estate when it comes to flavor always delivers it right to the punch.
Still today, it brings in newer cigar smokers in the youth to try something new.
All I can say is that if you like coffee and something sweet, you need to try the Tabak Especial. :3
Thanks Blondeie. :D
If you have a review, let me know, and I'll post next week.
See you then.
