Wacom Tablet Help Needed!! [Crises Averted]
Okay, I could really use some assistance. Mu old Intuos2 USB Wacom Tablet isn't functioning on the new Windows 7 64bit PC. The LED light comes on, and the light changes color when I touch it with the pen, but that's about it.
I could have sworn I updated the drivers, but I'll give it another try. It isn't even recognizing it as a tablet, it comes up as a mouse in the device manager.

Phew..That gave me a fright for a minute there. After digging around I found a suitable driver. I've got my pressure sensitivity back and it's not stuck in mouse mode anymore. I'm preparing a sample peace to show an example of what the sketch commissions will look like. I'll also have hammed out my "What I'll draw list". Once I start taking commissions, which should be any day now, I'll definitely start putting the funds towards a new tablet providing no other monetary crises happens.

Yeah, if I install something on a specific USB then try to plug it in another it just doesn't work. Tablet, printer, what have you.

with most motherboards you just have to plug it into the one i said, since all drivers are installed there

OP
It's cool, I was able to find a driver that actually works. Thanx though!
