What I mean by that, I mean I am looking for someone who can take two characters, a song (well video for a song) and recreate a frame from it. This will be anthro, and fully colored/shaded with a background. The price CAP for this is $200. I will be splitting the cost with 50/50. ($200 + tip). Traditional is preferred but I am willing to work with a digital artist if they will work in 300dpi so I can print it! (:
