Honestly I prefer around 3 years to a game release since the last game.. It gives people time to get 'tired' of the current game (Or finally get said game) Then allow people to look forward to what should be an even better game if it has been in development for three years..

Well, between the main series, Halo 4 and Halo 5, it will be 3 years.

If you look at the link it suggests they wish to shorten the gap.

They tried to, Halo 5 was intended to come out this year. Didn't work!

Ehh I only want halo 2 remade not the full series. Combat evolved doesn't need to be on the one, the remake they have is enough. However I'm liking the halo 3 idea. Halo 4 can just stay where it is, I'm not spending a dime more on that game. 343i seems to forget that most people still have a 360 and that a minority of people have the xbone. Even at $400 without kinect the console is still to pricey, it's a lot to leave faith on. I don't want to see 343i fall apart because of this.

Though 343i has a lot to work on to restore faith in their games, halo 4 was both a success (story) and a bust (spartin ops- matchmaking with its perks and or copy of COD.)

Halo 5 with their "new character" makes a lot of fans angry that the arbiter is not back. (or is he) So little is known about guardians, I'm excited that it's going to the new console, however this is an unfortunate mistake if they don't include the 360 as most people currently have this system. Like I said before the xbone is all faith, more people will buy the kinect less version but how many. Statistics is a nasty game to play.

I also await to see if 343i is going to milk the halo franchise or add to it, will halo 5 bring its fans back, or will people continue to abandoned halo. I am also eagerly awaiting the tv series, Halo FUD was amazing, with the masterminds behind the tv series I'm hoping it doesn't flop.

But yea those are my thoughts lol. Sorry they are scrambled xP

If true, I will happily play ALL 4 games and get ALL achievements on them! (But first, I need an Xbox One :p)

By far, well in my opinion atleast, halo 2 is the best game out of the current crop. I look forward t it's release on the one but they know they could make this for the 360 too. If they mess with the dynamics of any bit of the music, 343i is shooting themselves in the foot.
