What is the nicest thing that anyone has ever done for you?

The nicest thing that sticks out to me, is when I had a terrible few weeks last year, my friend let me cuddle him while we watched some shows and then just sat and talked and listened to what I had to say for the entire day. It was an amazing day.

Thats not to say that I haven't had people GIVE me nice things, but rather than give me nice things, this is what has made me the happiest in a long time.

Conversely, what is the most painful/meanest thing anyone has done to you?

Probably my "friends" pretending to be my friends for 6 years and then when I go to move, they tell me they dont care about me. I think this is part of the reason I tend to have some trust issues. But idk.
