David Spade Should Not Do Voice Acting

I finally downloaded The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning, partly because I heard it was good, mostly to see where all that lovely porn was coming from.
First off, yes. Cynder is entirely spankable (in both forms, for my money). I imagine you'll be seeing some new... content of her shortly. The guardians aren't bad either. More confusing is why anyone would make porn of Spyro, with his horrifying expressionless crocodile mouth.
I didn't have an XBox, so I don't know how the graphics hold up, but they're certainly serviceable. My only real problem with the game is Fake Difficulty. The hardest parts of the game are the parts with pointless timers, or enemy attacks that are times to hit you again just when you're getting up, or bosses who's attack fills the screen with effects so you can't see them beating the crap out of you. Luckily, there's almost no penalty for death.
Elijah Wood upscales every one else, proving he does "determined but uncertain young hero" better than anyone :P
Now, to find a copy of the sequel.

Rawr!
It's not too bad though, after a while you can just tune it out.
I miss the lightning. I hope they still let me fling my enemies off cliffs and into traps. THat was how I got through half the overlong fight sequences in the last game.
Also, why do we even have jumping puzzles! He can fly! He DOES fly!
The jumping puzzles in Dawn of the Dragon are the opposite of Eternal Night's - since you can't die from falls (you just start flying automatically if you leap off a cliff) the platforming feels arbitrary in most spots. Still, it's fun stuff.
And to expand on your David Spade as Sparx point - Wayne Brady plays him in Dawn of the Dragon, and yes - he's just as bad as David Spade. Doesn't help his dialog isn't actually funny, you know?
also, sparx' voice acter is different in all 3 games. in the third game he's like "i'm ok, my voice keeps changing though"
Honestly, though, Krome Studios drops the ball on the second in the series, and ELB--the people who make the third--do what they do best: Shoddy... Everything dipped in really nice visuals. u.u
Seriously, though, there only truly great Spyro was the first, and that didn't age particularly well. Everything else has been "Good" at best.
Also, you can switch between Spyro and Cynder at any time in this newest version AND Player 2 can hop in/out ANYTIME. Great for fellow dragon lovers. More dragon coop games like this please.
Finally, you can FLY ANYTIME, at last!
Finally I actually see someone on Furaffinity who agrees with me! =3
Besides, Vivendi\Sierra really just RUINED the series.
I mean... Look at the first playstation games when Insomniac still produced them.
Spyro was all like: "Where's gnasty gnorc? let's get 'em!!". Now that's what a hero should be like.
The new Spyro is more like: "I dunno if I can handle it" and\or "I dunno what would become of me!"
It's like they're trying to make the series look epic by placing an OBVIOUS bland storyline in it, fill it up with orchestrated strings so it sounds epic (they could just as well play the 'Mary had a little lamb' song), they tried to pull off a totall Final Fantasy comibined with Lord of the Rings Rip-off, made the characters so ugly that your mind a body just scream: "OFFENDED!" and on top of that: The characters 'THAT' came back from the original series are all like: "Hello!! My name is <insert-name-here> NOW GO SAVE THE WORLD!!" -then leaves.
And in terms of Gameplay!?... I'm a good gamer, every game that I play will easly be finished. =3
The first Legend of Spyro game was TOO EASY!! The second game was too easy 'AND' had clunky controlls and Finally the Third game had a low Button response time (it even takes time to CONTROLL the characters after you switched them out, it's as if they delibiratly wanted to ruin the controll-scheme)
When you're fighting against enemies: 'DON'T SWITH OUT CHARACTERS!!' It'll even make fighting the easyest enemies hard because you can't respond for like a whole minute!!
This especially gets annoying when you have to fly and snap on a grate, you end up pushing the button 2 times just to make 'sure' that one press hits.
Also the CAMERA in all games is just entirely annoying!!
Sometimes it wants to go into 'epic-scene' view, blocking the camera controlls and with that... blocking your view.
I've seen better camera work in the N64 game: "Rayman2 the great escape". but it seems such camera's are too hard to program these days... -_-
Oh yeah... then in "The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon" you can FLY around FREELY without limits as it says on the back of the box... the truth is just too bad for words, there are still ladders because even though you can fly, you can't go higher or fly through the whole levels. There are even wind-hoses to 'HELP' you get somewhere... I mean... DAMN!! I'm sorry if I tread on people's heart saying this, but it's almost an extended version of Spyro's glide from his playstation days.
Again: "Rayman2: The great escape" is a better example of what 'Flying without limits' means!!
in that game (in the "Beneath the sanctuary of rock and lava" level) you can fly ANYWHERE the only limit is the level itself. Now in LOS 3 (Legend of Spyro 3) you get the feeling that EVERYTIME you want to take off... you feel limited because game clearly makes you feel like: "Oh! I can't get up there!". :/
In my opinion... the series did got better graphic wise and perhaps also in terms of gameplay... but NO!! They ruined Spyro, Just as Jaleco and GameTitan ruined Jazz Jackrabbit on the gameboy advance by removing his trademark red bandana and replacing Spazz and Lori with emotionless stand-ins. -_-
The worst thing is that the majority of the people even supports these games.
Seeing "Brain Trainer" as number 2 most appreciated DS game doesn't even surprise me anymore.
Yes, we are currently entering a dark decennia for videogames...
Well... atleast they can't ruin the other series... 'YET'... but I have a feeling that it will be done eventually! =/
Just keep in mind: "All good things eventually come to an end".
