So I have a proposition.
I really want to get into making comics again. I want to be consistent with it. I realize I need to take this in small strides, though. Over the past year I’ve come up with a few short stories, buffed them out a little… but I still don’t like them, they need a little work before I’d bother using them for anything.
So is there anyone who would be willing to collaborate with me that has an idea for a short story? This is preferably something between 5-30 pages (10-15 is a sweet spot but I’m willing to wiggle with restrictions). I am not asking for money or to do a commission. I just want to make something to practice with but I don’t like any of my own ideas right now. I’d like to get some practice illustrating based off of someone else’s writing. It’s just different than when you have your own story.
I’d prefer to draw either animals or anthro(furry) characters. I am so terrible at drawing humans in engaging poses, which is a large reason I put off my own stories lately. I want to make stuff that involves human characters. :b
I’d like this to kind of be my own end-of-the-year activity to give myself something to work on. I likely wouldn’t start it until next month, though. For now I have inktober to finish through and a commission that I am hoping to livestream now that some irl stuff is out of the way. >.>
I feel like I have to put this specifically on FA: I am not going to draw you a sex comic or anything fetish related (transformation is the only exception I can think of this).

I've always wanted to do something horror-like but never really got around to it. I mean I'd do just about anything, though. While I am sticking to my journal that I'm not going to do a porn comic, romance is fine. It could be something completely innocent and cute, it could be whatever you want. :)
