Opening for commissions after coming upload, any advice?

I thought it would be a good idea to open for commissions again seeing as some requested it before. I'm still working on something else, but once it's done I'll open up. I'll probably keep the old prices although I'll add one thing to that for characters that are both muscular and detailed.
I'm still a bit new to this, my main worry is how I would need to deal with multiple requests at once. I mainly don't want to keep people waiting too long. As you might know I don't draw really fast. If I were to do say 5 commissions at once it could mean that the 5th person on the list would wait over a month for something they already payed for, that's what worries me.
I was thinking of letting people that noted me before go first, mainly because I feel guilty for making them wait this long. I'm not sure about this either...
Any advice on how I should do this would be helpful.

FA+

I saw nummerious artists taking a number X comissisons for the periode of one, one and a half or even two months.
I think unplesant wait times start after 3 months+ of no receiving of any kind of updates. And it gets horrible after a years time.
And no joke this has happend to me.
On the plus side i look forward to this.
I worry too much again, I'll keep it up like I usually do.
Thanks!
