Just a bit of a notice to all my Watchers/Friends/etc. that read these journals:
I may posibly be gone for a couple weeks due to problems with my internet connection. Alot of you know I live in Australia, but few of you realise the Broadband connections here are utterly atroshious. We have a "Cap" system, where each month we get a certain amount of Downloads (Either in numerical or GB Measurement), if we go over this "Cap" by before the month ends, we're reduced to a slower speed (Usually just a little more than Dial-Up) until the end of the month.
Now, for a long while now, I've always ended up being "Capped" either within a few days or even within a week before the end of the month, which I found normal due to what I normally did on the internet. But for the last two months in a row, my connection has ended up being capped within the first week of the Month, which leaves me with extremely poor internet speeds for upwards of 3 weeks. This prevents me from doing alot of things, though it normally wouldn't stop me rom still being online to use MSN or the like, but SecondLife and any other sort of Online Game (Except MMO's which are normally made to cope) were completely out of the question.
Now, since my Dad is the one that manages the internet connection, he's suddenly decided he wants to find out what the problem is, and so he's claimed he plans to disable the connection until the problem has been resolved. He hasn;t yet done it, but I'd like to give a warning to everyone that if I dissapear, then you know where I've gone. Hopefully this gets settles soon and I can start enjoyying a stable connection again.
Thanks everyone, and hope to be back if things go bad :3
P.S: I know a few people may make suggestions as to what may be causing the problem. To save your time from the obvious ideas, things I've already tried are toneing down the usage of the connection considerably (Though no difference was seen in Download Usage even after that) and also enabling security on any open Wireless Connections. If anything else can be suggested, give me a hollar and I'll be able to see if it can help in this problem. Thanks again ^^

It sounds surely like a evil problem, hoping you come back soon.
I hope you get good interwebs soon!
It's not easy in Oz, especially once you get out of the metro/capital cities like you & I!
