well here you go and this is going to be long writing ^^;

If you know about the island, the island is your money maker and items to take around such as fruits, flowers and even Bugs, and fish and you can break mini games's rules by searching bugs and fish

You always find amazing bugs and fish on the back of the island's building around 7 or late night time but had to be like no flower very few coconut/Banana trees on sands so you would able have a chance to find most rarest Bugs, and they're worth lot of money to sell. If you did add Flowers, and bunch of trees around there would be just normal summer bugs around, and it's not pretty much rate to sell them.

Perfect fruit: If your town's natural trees grow by only apples, pear, orange or anything, which I don't know what fruit that your town natural grow. Let's say that your town grown apples natural, if you find a perfect apple, make sure you replant perfect apples so you can create a perfect apple trees, and you can keep growing more and more perfect apples, and they're worth lot of money on someone else's non natural apple towns, you don't want to sell your perfect your own town or someone else's who have they're own natural apple land, if you do, the perfect apple would be worth just normal apples. So make sure that you stack up perfect apples till your going to someone's town.

Get Villager to move out: If you dislike a villager who move in and you don't really enjoy it as you already been got him or her friendship level up, just make a new safe file and the game will think your new, and friendship rate get reset on another file, so keep acting like your friends to other villager who you would love to make him/her to stay, and one villager who you don't like will leave a little early after days pass, after he/she is gone, make sure you delete your newest file as you don't need space waste around, that's all if you don't want to sound like a jerk. If your sticking to be like a asshole to your villager who you dislike, you can just hit him/her with your net, Blame your villager for no reason, push him/her like MOVE B*TCH GET OUT OF WAY, and keep making him/her fall into fall pit so the villager who you don't like will move out. That's was two ways to get your villager out.

Shopping upgrades: You always spend money to gain upgrades for Tom nook kids' stores and Able Sisters' shopping store.

Get Amazing DLC items on streetpass early!: If you look at DLC items that you want to have, you should get tons of streetpass and who knows who have amazing DLC items so look at the list on the internet and check anyone's streetpass house to order items. I got like ALL DLC items even some from Best Buy! (sadly 7 eleven items is not for USA or UK)

Perfect Town: This is kinda cheating but here we goes, you go to island and play mini games, you steal flowers and you take them to your town and plant them. This gets you very near to perfect town by adding so many flowers! (still you need weed & trash remove, have pubic work project, around.

Funny thing if you time travel: If you time travel, your villager ask you about, have you been time travel? and this bring the pun of this game XDD

Unlock custom clothing: talk to Mabel everyday

unlock Custom Furniture: get villagers buy your flea market many times so Miley Cyrus I mean Cyrus to wake up and he'll do Custom Furniture for you.

I have new leaf, it is such a fun game, and really, it helped me with my emotional and mental problems. I mean it seems mundane, but the villagers kind of feel real even if they spout the same nonsense all the time. The best thing about it though is when they remember your birthday and holidays and stuff.

Yeah it seems very cute to me so far.
