Sad to say, thinks just aren't going my way, as usual.

alright so my plan was to move from stencyl to gamemaker in order to get more support since nobody even knows how to program in haxe or work with stencyl. unfortunately gamemaker is windows only, and while my mac has a windows partition on it for stuff like this, it is a real old version of windows XP. I've tried but game maker doesn't really want to work all that well on my windows.

upgrading is going to cost a couple hundred dollars just to get one of the disks, so that's out of the question.

Essentially, I am all out of options, can't continue on stencyl since I have no support, can't work on game maker due to technical reasons, and anything else is out of the question due to a combination of lack of support and lack of technical knowledge on my part.

So the balloon boy project is as good as dead now, or in the least, on a long hiatus.
