Roast em! Simplest thing to do, and one of the tastiest. Simply cut them about a half inch thick, (disks or strips, up to you) and coat them with a little olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and maybe a little oregano or herbes de Provence. Stick em on some foil on a cookie sheet, and roast em for about 10-15 minutes at 375-400° Easy peasy. :)

I have them as a side by simply chunking them up and dropping them in a skillet with some butter, salt and pepper. Super easy, quick and tasty.

That sounds really good. I'm not a big fan of corn but all the rest sounds great.

Toss it in the steamer add some garlic salt I'd also sigjust stuffed zucchini and zucchini bread

well a bit of advice from a veteran the moment you look away you will have two foot long clubs growing when i was a kid my sister and i would sword fight with um but dont frett if this happens cut the squash into two boats scoop out the seeds fill with your fav marenara and crumbled bitts of burger and bake for zuccini boats

prefer mine sliced or diced with seeds removed and oil roasted with herbs and minced garlic and onion. don't forget the salt!

Yellow Squash and Zucchini? That's a staple dish for this poor college kid.

I slice them up (thick slices) and fry them with olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, and a touch of cayenne red pepper. Makes for a good side dish. Cheap, too. ^_^

slice, roll in flour mixed with cayenne, black pepper garlic and a pinch of salt and deep fry! Serve with a nice zesty ranch.

Not really, baking them kinda turns them to mush. Gotta fry em if you want nice crispy zucchini chips.

hm, oh well. Though I've baked eggplant and squash before with no problems dont see why zuccini should be different
